I found this video very interesting and easy to understand.  It has given me an added incentive to monitor my weight and fitness program.  Careful and continued attention to food intake and exercise regime are very necessary to maintain and reduce weight and control blood sugar levels.  A daily brisk walk of only 15 minutes can make a big difference in how you feel and look.  The ‘endorphins’ released during exercise give a feeling of well being.
