As summer draws to a close, it’s time to take a look back and review our success in staying on course for achieving our goals of weight loss, weight maintenance, and healthy living.    How do you rate?  Are you a 10, 5, or somewhere else on the scale?  All is not lost.  There is still time to get back on track if you have fallen off course; time to review, revise  and up-date your plan.

If you are a 10, congratulations.  Keep up the good work.  Reward yourself with a fun and healthy activity.  If you rate yourself 5 –7, review and revise. What can you do differently to increase your adherence to activities that lead to successfully achieving your goal.    Do you need to increase your consistency in following your physical activity goals?  Do you need to instigate a daily, weekly physical activity routine?  What are you eating?  Does your diet consist of too many, carbs, fats, etc.?  You are the judge.  Approximately 30 days remain in the summer season.  Take action now to get back on course.
