Another holiday, which centers on eating, is fast approaching in the United States.  It is Memorial Day.  First we honor our lost loved ones, then we “party”.  This is usually the kick-off for the outdoor cooking season.

In my family the men are the stars.  They have personal techniques for making the “best” barbecued ribs, chicken, steak, etc.  This includes secret sauce and marinade recipes.  The women in our family do the side dishes—vegetables, buy vardenafil salads, desserts.
